For the Prime Time division Shawn Flarida piloted the 5-year-old stallion Alpha Jac Sparrow [Spooks Gotta Whiz] owned by Fritz Leeman to the lead posting a 228,0.
The eyes of DQ Western Online were specially focused on the achievements of the recently in the USA established NRHA Million Dollar Riders Gennaro Lendi (ITA) and Cira Baeck (BEL) and two young Belgian riders, Nimroid Vannietvelt and Edouard Winne, since 2022 employed at Schmersal Reining Horses in Scottsdale, Arizona. To ensure a ticket for the L4 final they all came short. Posting a 222,5 Cira qualified the 7-year-old stallion Spooks Gotta Outfire [Spooks Gotta Whiz] owned by Clemerson Gomes Barbalho and Mark Weismann for the L3 final: pretty cool. Nimroid and the 5-year-old stallion Rootin Tootin Nite [Gunners Special Nite] owned by Wendy Elkins qualified for the L1 finals marking a 217,5: pretty cool too. So did Winne and the 5-year-old mare Some Stars Are Pale [Pale Face Dunnit] owned by Schmersal and Flintwoode Farms marking a 211.
The finals are scheduled for Saturday starting at 08:00 hours CDT (15:00 hours CEST) and are being broadcasted live on http://equinepromotion.com/NRBC.com.
