13-year-old Emma Louise Eggen outshines everyone

26/07/2026 – Counting 68 combinations from 8 different nations, the Limited Non Pro class of the NRHA European Affiliate Championship 2026 (EAC) scheduled at Reining Center Meertenhof in Grathem (NLD) by far the biggest class of the event with a surprising result.
In the EAC Youth class, schedule for Friday, the 13-year old Norwegian Emma Louise Eggen had bad luck, but she set was more than able to correct that mistake. Posting a 220,0 she piloted RC Gunmaster Man [Gunnatrashya] convincingly towards the title. Reserve honors were for a youth rider as well: Belgian Lotte de Boever. With Great Sun Of A Gun [Great Sun Burst] Lotte posted a 217,5. 3rd Place was for grown up Wannes Verschueren (BEL) and GP A Spook in Town [Hollywoodstinseltown] posting a 216,0.
The APHA Chrome Cash Limited Non Pro title, scheduled class in class, was for Julia Giacalone (GER) with A Special Nite Ryder [Gunners Special Nite] posting a 214,5; reserve honors with a 212,5 for Michaele Kautz (GER) with LT Commander Data MM [Colonels Shining Gun]; 3rd place with a 206,5 for Susanne Duiker (NLD) with Joe Whiza Pale Face [Pale Face Dun It].
Emma Louise was clearly not finished yet. The young rider and RC Gunmaster Man was also qualified to enter the $ 5.000 added Non Pro class and once again she did not leave anything to chance. Actually she shifted up a gear. In a field of 29 entries she once again convincingly claimed the title posting a 222,0. Reserve honors were for Dries Verschueren (BEL) with GP A Spook in Town. Georgia Wilk (GER) rode Pretty Whiz Chic [Winnie de Boo] to 3rd place posting a 217,5.
The APHA Chrome Cash Non Pro class was scheduled again class in class with the NRHA EAC Non Pro. Giacalone claimed the title; Kautz the reserve title ; and Duiker placed 3rd.
