Bizarre field of entries NRHA Germany Breeders Derby L4 Open finals

23/09/2020 – The answer to the question if the NRHA Germany Breeders Derby L4 Open finals are going to be exciting is simply yes! The entries in the preliminaries concluded yesterday in the Ostbayernhalle in Rieden-Kreuth (DE) did not give each other an inch wide; 15 combinations in total advanced.
Posting a 222,0 Ann Fonck (BEL) and Shiners Voodoo owned by Kimberly took the lead. Tying for 2nd place posting a 220,5 were Dominik Reminder (GER) with Call Me Mr Voodoo owned by Elisabetta Soccarata, Bernard Fonck (BEL) with Spook Sunburst owned by 7 Heaven Reining Horses and once more Ann with Gunners Specialolena owned by Diego dalla Gassa. On 5th place once again Reminder with Got My Baileys owned by Martin Bachman posting a 220,0. Posting a 219,5 Grischa Ludwig (GER) tied with 3 horses for 6th place: Einsteins Resolve owned by Hans Isler, Gunnanycia MM JB owned by Alexandra Schmitz and Alpha Top Gun owned by Fabienne Kuratli. Emanuel Ernst (GER) tied with 3 horses for 9th place: Cromed Sugar owned by Wolfgang Becker, Smart Kidd Josephine owned by Petra Reisdorf and Big Lovely Shine owned by Christine Wilinski. Levin Ludwig (GER) and Bernard Fonck posted a 219,0 as well. Ludwig with ARC Shesgunnasparkya owned by Alexandra Schmitz and Fonck with Hey Joe owned by Steve Vannietvelt and Gina de Pauw. Posting a 218,5 Stephan Rohde (GER) and Eclipsolena owned by Anja Deutzmann and Verena Klein (GER) and Cromeds Cowboy owned by Simon Andersson close the field.
The 219,0 ridden by Ernst was also the L3 top score; the 218,5 ridden by Rhode and Klein the L2 top score. Marking a 216,5 Dutch Petra van Ede (NL) and Cee U In Tinseltown owned by Gisela Haas marked a 216,5 advancing to both the L3- and L2 finals.
In L1 Iain Bethke (SUI) and Lil Joe Rusch owned by SC Ranch and Jasmin Andersdotter and Tinseltownssmartest owned by Sabine Franzisky took the lead, both posting a 216,0. The finals are scheduled for Saturday September 26. Visit www.nrha.de for additional information.
