Dean Brown newest NRHA $ 1 Million Rider
24/11/2019 – NRHA has announced that Dean Brown crossed the $ 1 million mark in NRHA earnings The native Canadian Brown is head trainer of the Santa Hill Ranch in Campbell Hall in the state New York, owned by Robert en Arlene Santagata. Recently Brown and SHR Sweet Sugar Joe [Lil Joe Cash x Spooks Sugar Rose (Smart Spook)] owned by Santagata claimed reserve honors in the L4- and the title in the L3 Futurity at the All American Quarter Horse Congress in Ohio. With these achievements the number of >$ 29.000 was registered to his record, enough to cross the magic milestone. The very first NRHA $ 1 Million Rider was late Bill Horn. Horn reached the milestone in 1995. Brown is the 29th rider earning this status. Among them 4 Europeans: Italian Andrea Fappani (2006), Austrian Rudi Kronsteiner (2011), Belgian Bernard Fonck (2012), Italian Franco Bertolani (2017), Belgian Cira Baeck (2018) and Belgian Ann Fonck (2019).
