Cade McCutcheon enters at Rome Shoot In
10/02/2019 – The NRHA approved $ 50.000 added Rome Shoot In is scheduled for February 15-17 in Rome (IT) in conjunction with Cavalli A Roma. Highlights are the $ 20.600 added Open-, $ 11.350 added Intermediate Open-, $ 11.350 added Non Pro- and $ 5.499 added Intermediate Non Pro classes. De Open classes, run concurrent, are scheduled for Saturday, the Non Pro classes, run concurrent as well, for Sunday.
There will be a very special entry in the Open class: Cade McCutcheon (USA) and the 8-year-old stallion Custom Made Gun [Gunner], owned by Domenico Lumoto (ITA). The combination was part of the US Equestrian team grabbing gold at the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games and won bronze in the individual competition. Belgian Ann Fonck enters 2 horses: the 8-year-old gelding Made In Walla [Walla Walla Whiz], owned by Sabine Lisec (AUT) and the 8-year-old mare Spook N Perla [Smart Spook], owned by Golden Paint Ranch (BEL).
4 Belgian combinations enter the Non Pro class. Steve Vannietvelt enters the 9-year-old stallion Gunnerlicious [Gunner] and the 11-year-old stallion What A Wave [Tidal Wave Jack], Dries Verschueren enters the 11-year-old stallion Smart N Sparking [Smart Chic Olena] and Piet Mestdagh enters the 12-year-old stallion Reining Whiz [Topsail Whiz].
